Ubuntu 22.04 - Kernel Panic System is deadlocked on memory error

After installing Ubuntu 22.04 on your VPS, or upgrading from an older version of Ubuntu to Ubuntu 22.04, and you face an error on boot that says:

"end Kernel panic - not syncing: System is deadlocked on memory"

Cause: VPS has less than 1 GB of RAM.

Additional Information: Ubuntu 22.04 official system requirements have been changed to 1GB RAM or higher.

Solution: Use an older version of Ubuntu, or upgrade your VPS RAM amount to 1 GB or more.
