VNC not working

Please make sure you are using the HTML5 VNC console available within SolusVM: https://nerdvm.racknerd.com/

The login details to SolusVM was mentioned in your welcome email. If you do not have it, you can view a copy of it here: https://my.racknerd.com/clientarea.php?action=emails

Note: If you are still experiencing issues after the fact, please ensure outbound connections to TCP port 7706 is open on the computer you're connecting to VNC from. Additionally, be sure your browser is configured to allow pop-up windows. After the pop-up VNC console window appears in your browser, enlarge the window on your screen to expose the complete VNC console.
